Emergency Response Program and
Fire Protection
This program is designed to enhance the environment, health
and safety practices at EQUATE. Two programs have been developed.
- Fire Protection Program: Provides technical expertise on fire
fighting equipment and techniques and equipment in compliance
with DOW, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and
Kuwait Fire Prevention Department (KFPD) requirements for
fire protection. The Program ensures that all fire protection
equipment is reliable and 100 percent functional at all times.
- Emergency Response Program: Provides technical expertise on
emergency response and training for the Emergency Response
Team members and the custodian of the Emergency Response Manual.
