The Philosophy of Our Quality Management System
It is our customers who keep us in business. We nurture this vital relationship using a customer-driven business management system. Customer relationship management is a key element in this system, determining the scope of the quality system. It co-ordinates the efforts across our multi-faceted company to meet or exceed customer requirements. Because these requirements are evolving all the time, we maintain high standards and aim for continuous improvement that keeps pace with changing customer expectations.

The commitment of our staff enables us to meet our objectives. Each employee then has two main responsibilities: the first is to do the job, and the second is to improve the way in which the job is done.
