Ghadeir Saoud AlQadfan is the Deputy Managing Director of International Marketing Operations at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and serves on the board of Kuwait Oil Tanker Company (KOTC).

AlQadfan joined KPC in 1992 and led the management of short-term supply chain activities including upstream crude and gas production and distribution, downstream refining and product exports and inland distribution. She also led the development of the marketing midterm, five-years and 2040 plans, and was the head of the Value Chain Optimizations division.

She presently sits on several committees at KPC and its subsidiaries.

AlQadfan holds a B. Sc. in Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from Kuwait University and received honors in several operations such as commissioning of LNG operation.
