Kuwait – July 11 – 2011 — EQUATE Petrochemical Company sponsored the World Anti-Drug Day Celebration held under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Head of the National Anti-Drug Committee Sheikh Ahmad Al-Humoud Al-Sabah.

During the celebration, attended by the committee’s Deputy Head Dr. Rahseed Al-Amiri, EQUATE was recognized for its support of the committee’s various efforts and its exemplary role in ensuring overall sustainability throughout Kuwait.

On this occasion, EQUATE President & CEO Hamad Al-Terkait said, “EQUATE’s sponsorship of this celebration stems from its sharing success philosophy with the community as part of its continuous efforts to create community awareness in various fields through the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy addressing various educational, health, awareness and environmental issues.”
