Succeeding Dr. Bader Al-Traiji

Naylor named new OED Leader

EQUATE has appointed Peter Naylor as its new Organizational Effectiveness Department (OED) Leader, succeeding Dr. Bader Al-Traiji who is currently pursuing other professional endeavors.

Naylor joined The Dow Chemical Company in 1993 as a Production Manager at Sanachem, acquired by Dow AgroSciences as part of Dow’s acquisition of Sentrachem.

He was change Leader for Dow in South Africa until mid 2007 when he relocated to Texas, USA as Business Manage Production Work Process Leader for the Polyols, Polyglycols & Surfactants, Isocyanates, PO/PG and Glycol Ethers & Amines business groups within the Performance Plastics & Chemicals portfolio of Dow.
