Accident at Kuwait Paraxylene Production Company

The Kuwait Paraxylene Production Company (KPPC) said “At approximately 08:00 hours on November 2, 2008 an Asian worker had a fatal accident while working on the Aromatics Project being constructed at the Shuaiba Industrial Area in Kuwait.”

KPPC added that investigations are on the way as to the cause of the accident. Local authorities came to the work site and conducted their investigations.

KPPC is part of the Olefins II Kuwait (OL2K) project.
