Kuwait– EQUATE Petrochemical Company, Kuwait’s first international joint-venture in this industry, participated in Kuwait’s National and Liberation Days parade which took place on the Gulf Road.
Under the patronage of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the parade included the participation of several EQUATE employees on a float that was especially designed for this joyous occasion.
EQUATE Corporate Communication Leader Kholoud Al-Feeli said, “Our participation in Kuwait’s festivities during its 54th National Day and 24th Liberation Day spurs from EQUATE’s responsibility and dedication to Kuwait and its people. We are honored and proud to take part in this national celebration which reflects EQUATE’s role in supporting the development of Kuwait and the petrochemicals sector. This is a gathering of our society’s members, nationals and expatriates alike, to commemorate our national days as ‘Partners in Success’ in all relevant fields for this wonderful land.”
Especially designed for this parade, the float carried the images of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad A-Jaber Al-Sabah. The design highlighted different parts of Kuwait’s history and landmarks, as well as EQUATE’s industrial facilities, such as the Seawater Cooling Towers, which are the first of their kind in Kuwait, and production units.
