Kuwait – EQUATE Petrochemical Company, Kuwait’s first international joint-venture in this industry, hosted a celebration to recognize its former Vice President for Technical Services Mohammad Al Benali.
Al Benali’s contribution to Kuwait’s petrochemical industry commenced during 1984 at Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) before he was selected as the Information Technology (IT) Project Manager for the establishment of EQUATE. Being one of the key individuals since EQUATE’s founding in 1995 and serving as VP Technical services during 2009-2015, Al Benali played a critical role in several achievements relevant to strategic planning, technology improvement, IT, procurement, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability, Research & Development (R&D), Code of Business Conduct (COBC), industrial operations, plant expansions, as well as other fields.

The celebration was attended by board members of EQUATE and other Greater EQUATE companies, as well as several of the company’s current and previous leaders and employees.
