EQUATE Petrochemical Company, Kuwait’s first international petrochemical joint-venture, conducted a visit to the Governor of Ahmadi His Excellency Sheikh Fawaz Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah at the Governorate Headquarters.

During the visit, the Governor noted the importance of the industrial sector and its critical role in supporting other segments, which in turn would benefit Kuwait’s Development Plan. Al-Sabah lauded EQUATE’s role as a pioneering national corporation and its achievements in all fields to realize various principles of sustainability.

On his part, EQUATE President & CEO Mohammad Husain expressed appreciation and gratitude to His Excellency the Governor for his support to various efforts to develop the Governorate of Ahmadi, which hosts EQUATE’s plants in Shuaiba Industrial Area, as well as Kuwait as a whole through a solid foundation of fruitful cooperation to truly embody “Partners in Success.”

EQUATE’s delegation included Mohammad Husain, Senior Executive for Business development Tareq Al-Kandari, Corporate Communications Leader Kholoud Al-Feeli, as well as Engineering & Construction Leader Sulaiman Al-Bader.
