EQUATE honors its long service employees

EQUATE Petrochemical Company held EQUATE Long Service Award (ELSA) celebration to honor employees who have reached 5 years and 10 years career milestones in EQUATE.

Addressing the event held at Al-Raya Ballroom, EQUATE President and CEO Hamad Al-Terkait congratulated the employees and said that the ELSA program is aimed at  recognizing and thanking those who have given many years of dedicated service to the company.

Al-Terkait added “EQUATE cares for its people and shall not spare any effort that boosts our people’s morale.”

Al-Terkait emphasized “EQUATE Management realizes that the company’s growth and success are heavily dependent on having competent employees, such as yourself, and recognizes your contribution in making EQUATE a World-Class Company.”

The event was also attended by the Deputy Chairman of EQUATE Board of Directors Earl Shipp, along with other dignitaries from EQUATE shareholder companies.

Over 540 male and female employees were honored, with 430 of whom have been serving EQUATE for 10 years and over 100 other employees for working 5 years at EQUATE. All of them were awarded commemorative gifts for their dedicated long term services in the company.
