Manpower Authority & EQUATE hold performance development workshop

The Ministry of Social Affairs & Labor’s Public Authority for Manpower and EQUATE Petrochemical Company, Kuwait’s first international petrochemical joint-venture, organized a workshop for performance development through optimizing work processes and methods.

The workshop’s participants were recognized by the Minister of Social Affairs & Labor and State Minister for Planning & Development Affairs Hend Subaih Barrak Al-Subaih.

During the workshop, Al-Subaih noted that a brief about this forum should be delivered to the authority’s Director-General Jamal Al-Dosari and other officials as it would play a great role in developing overall performance.

Al-Subaih expressed utmost appreciation to EQUATE, the authority and the Higher Committee to Develop Youth Projects for small to medium enterprises at the authority for organizing this workshop that would serve all relevant stakeholders.

On his part, EQUATE Senior Executive for Business Development Tareq Al-Kandari said, “Continuous development is a critical factor to ensure sustainability in all sectors. Based on that, this joint workshop was held in cooperation between the authority and EQUATE to boost performance through devising the best work processes and methods to ensure effective work execution and delivering optimum results in the shortest amount of time. In conclusion, I would like to extend endless gratitude to Her Excellency Al-Subaih and the Public Authority for Manpower for this sustainable partnership with EQUATE to embody our tagline (Partners in Success).”

The four-day workshop included defining, structuring and refining work processes and methods, as well as devising a number of added-value solutions.

The workshop’s participants were recognized with the attendance of the Deputy Director General of Public Authority for Manpower Ahmad Al-Moussa, the Manager of Manpower Estimation Department at the authority Musaed Al-Mutairi, the representative of small to medium enterprises in the Higher Committee to Develop Youth Projects at the authority Talal Al-Awadhi, as well as a number of EQUATE employees and leaders.
