Naser Aldousari was appointed as President & CEO of EQUATE Group in October 2020, having served as EQUATE’s Senior Vice President since November 2017.

With a career spanning over 20 years, Aldousari’s industry experience has included roles at Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) in Operations, Corporate Business Processes, Quality & Environmental Management, joint ventures, olefins business development, as well as business analysis & planning. Aldousari also served as the Chief Operating Officer & Director of Corporate Strategy at MEGlobal, a wholly owned subsidiary of EQUATE Group.

Aldousari holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Aston’s University in the UK, in addition to an MBA in General & Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management in Kuwait.

Sudhir Shenoy was named Senior Vice President of EQUATE Group in October 2020.

Previously the Country President & CEO of Dow India, Shenoy’s 23-year career with the company included management roles in Commercial, Business & Geographic management. Shenoy was also Co-Chair of National Chemical Council of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) from 2015 – 2018 and chair of the American Chambers of Commerce (AmCham) Western Region from 2019-20.

Shenoy holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and master’s degree in Marketing Management, both from the University of Mumbai.

Phisanu Sermchaiwong is Chief Financial Officer for EQUATE Group, a role he resumed in October 2020, having previously held the same position from 2014-2018.

Prior to his tenures at EQUATE, Sermchaiwong worked at Dow Chemical, enjoying a 22-year career in a number of Senior Finance roles that saw multiple moves between Thailand, Shanghai, China and the company’s headquarters in Michigan, USA. His most recent role before re-joining EQUATE was as Area Finance Director of Dow Asia Pacific

Sermchaiwong holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Kasetsart University, Thailand, in addition to an MBA from the University of Dallas and an M.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University. He is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder.

Dieter Schnepel has cultivated a distinguished career marked by over three decades of leadership and operational expertise.

Mr. Schnepel began his professional journey with DOW in Stade, Germany Chlor-Alkali in 1991. Over the years, he has excelled in various roles, including Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) leader and production leader, assuming the latter role on four separate occasions. His assignments have spanned multiple regions, including Germany, South Africa, and Texas City, underscoring his global impact and adaptability.

His leadership credentials are further highlighted by his tenure as site leader for DOW in Boehlen DCG, Terneuzen, and Stade, Germany. In 2017, he was appointed Global Business Manufacturing Technology Leader (BMTL), headquartered in Stade, Germany where he championed the development of young engineers.

In addition to his operational roles, Mr. Schnepel has held significant executive positions. He served as one of the Managing Directors for the DOW German Asset Company and as Managing Director for the HPPO joint venture with BASF. Furthermore, he led as Managing Director for the HPPO Technology BV and was Chairman of the Supervisory Board overseeing H2O2 production by Solvay in Antwerp.

Mr. Schnepel also represented DOW on the EUROCHLOR Management Committee, exemplifying his influence within the chemical industry. Mr. Schnepel holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg. He is also a Leadership Mainland Graduate of the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce.

Dr Salman Alajmi is the Vice President, Technical Services at EQUATE Group. Prior to this position, Dr. Alajmi was Vice President for Projects at MEGlobal, a fully owned subsidiary of EQUATE, and a role he held for 4 years.

With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Alajmi has served PIC in several roles and has gained significant experience in planning, projects and business analysis across a number of verticals within the petrochemical industry. These include senior roles at Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) and its subsidiaries and has represented PIC in many MEGA projects and Joint Ventures; including serving as a board member at EQUATE.

Salman has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Toledo, an MBA from Maastricht School of Business, and a PhD in Business Administration from Brunel Business School in London.
